What if I have more than 300 guests?
You have a couple of options: after adding this package to your cart, you can add more team members a la carte via Happily, schedule time to discuss a custom quote, or provide your own volunteers.
Are there any other fees or charges?
You will need to provide meals, parking, and of course any of your costs associated with setting up the registration area like tables, power, additional tablet rentals, etc.
What will my coordinator do the week before?
She'll get up-to-speed about your event and who's coming, understand your registration system and troubleshoot to make everything smooth onsite, create protocols for safety and escalating issues, as well as train and manage your registration team.
What will my assistants do onsite?
They can do a variety of things like setup the registration booth, assemble gift bags, greet people at the door, check-in people on an app, check IDs and give wristbands,
